Conceptualization and Planning during biding / proposal / estimation / costing stage

This initial phase involves defining the project goals, objectives, and scope. It includes conducting feasibility studies, establishing budget and timeline constraints, and identifying key stakeholders.

Engineering Support During 3D Modeling & Detailed Design

In this phase, engineers develop detailed designs of the Mechanical SPMs / components or Piping systems required for the project. This includes creating 2D and 3D models, and selecting materials and components.



Coordination Support During Client Design review

Our team ensures that all feedback is integrated effectively, facilitating clear and efficient coordination between all stakeholders. This approach guarantees that the final design meets your vision and standards.

Prototype and Development Guidance

Depending on the project, a prototype may be developed to test the design and functionality of the Mechanical SPMs or Piping systems. This phase involves building a physical model or mock-up of the system for testing and validation.

Test, Validation, and Proof of Concept Design Assistance

Depending on the project, a prototype or concept may be developed to test the design and functionality of the Mechanical Product, SPMs or Piping module / systems. This phase involves building a scaled or full-size (1:1 or reduced proportionate scale) physical model using actual component material or substitute material like PLA / ABS / PETG / Nylon / TPU Plastics, Carbon & Stainless Steel / Titanium / Aluminium / Metals, Standard / Tough / Flexible / Castable Resins & other like Carbon Fiber, Glass, Wood, Ceramics, Wax, Paper, Bio-materials with help of 3D printing or other manufacturing process for mock-up of the system for testing and validation.

Manufacturing and Production Advisory

Once the design is finalized and validated, the Mechanical SPMs / components or Piping systems are manufactured or fabricated. This phase involves selecting manufacturing processes, identifying appropriate venders by evaluating their credentials , sourcing materials, and ensuring quality control.

Installation and Commissioning Support

The manufactured Mechanical SPMs / components/Piping systems are installed at the project site & commissioned to ensure they function as intended, This phase may involve testing the Mechanical SPMs or Piping systems under real-world conditions and making adjustments as necessary to meet 100% functionality.

Operation and Maintenance Manual Development

After the project is completed and handed over to the client, it enters the operation phase. This involves regular maintenance and servicing of the Mechanical SPMs or Piping systems to ensure they continue to operate efficiently and safely.
 

Project Closure Report Assistance

The final phase involves closing out the project, documenting lessons learned, and preparing a final closure report. This phase also includes handing over any relevant documentation like project dossier, Material Record Book (MRB) which includes Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Document Lists and training materials to the client
